Our Mission is to perform notary services for the great State of Nevada with the highest quality, respect, and accuracy as possible; to perform notary services with the highest attention to detail; to treat all clients with the highest respect;



From our inception in 1991, we have performed notaries and related work, such as recording documents, verifying occupancy on buildings, or rendering oaths for clients. Our mobile notary services have taken us beyond Clark County to Nye, Esmeralda, Lincoln and Washo counties in Nevada.

Since we work in the entertainment capital of the world, it has been our experience to perform notaries for hundreds of visitors, both U.S. and foreign citizens, who found themselves in Las Vegas, Nevada, and in need of a notary public. Hatcher Notary has often been called upon to fulfill those needs. We have had the privilege of working for such dignitaries as realtor brokers, mortgage brokers, investors, doctors, lawyers, and even movie stars (See story below).

Our ability to speak multiple languages has proven to be invaluable in serving our clients. In addition to English, many of our clients have been spanish speaking (se habla espanol), or french speaking (on parle le franciase). Our varied backgrounds in Real Estate and Mortgage work has also allowed us to better assist our clients.

We have been privileged to perform notaries in various and unique locations, such as private residences, offices, hospitals, convalescent homes, jails, airports, restaurants, coffee shops, hotel rooms, and in our own office. For the most part, we have been available to our clients, 24-hours per day, 7-days per week.
